Booking Walt Disney World Dolphin with airmiles

I am contemplating booking the Walt Disney World Dolphin using airmiles. I am worried about being able to book fast passes 60 days in advance. Last year when I booked a hotel in Boston with airmiles, the hotel stated that my airmiles reservation number was not the same as the hotel reservation number.

Does anyone have experience booking the Dolphin with airmiles, linking the reservation number to their MDE account and booking fastpasses?
