Booking w/ Dreams Unlimited

If we book through DU, do we get any sort of confirmation slip in the mail after we make the deposit? What is the normal sequence of events (what documents/confirmations do they send and when do they send them). Thanks

I never received anything via snail mail from Dreams. All confirmations and communication was done via email. My documents came a few weeks before our sail date directly from DCL.

Ditto - all confirmations are done through e'mail. We used DU for our cruise in July and everything went like clockwork. No problems at all!!

We've also used Dreams for two cruises and everything has went smoothly.

I have used DU for a land/cruise, a WDW stay, and a 7 day cruise. I loved the service, the quick responses, and the personal touch given by these GREAT TA's. ANY question, no matter how trivial, along with ANY request was answered and taken care of promptly and efficiently. On all three trips, we received a discount that DU found for us along the way!
