Booking using JetBlue travel bank

I chatted with JetBlue because I had some questions about their travel bank and was wondering if anyone here with experience could clarify for me.

They said "1 travel credit can be used per ticket". If I have two $120 credits in my travel bank (from two separate cancelled flights) and go to book a new flight that's $150, I would only be able to use one of the $120 credits and have to pay the $30 difference with a credit card? I wouldn't be able to use one of my $120 credits and then $30 from my second $120 credit?

Let me know if that doesn't make sense. Appreciate any help!!

That DOES NOT make any sense at all.
I have used travel banked money in the past and it was just like a credit on file. A credit that expires in a year....
Maybe they have change the rules ?

I do not full understand what you are saying.
However if you have ONE under ONE account credit for X dollars you can apply that to however many tickets you book under your account at one time or multiple times if needed.

if you had multiple people in your party and each person was issued a credit each person would need to book their thicket using their own account.

in the end only ONE travel bank credit can be used no matter if you book one ticket or 100 tickets.


And lastly we are done with JB for a while just used a travel Bank credit for late luggage on their part, we were told we can wait for the flight to get it or they will deliver it a few hours after that flight landed... flight landed at 3PM luggage delivered to resort at 1:30 AM, and all our miles sadly their customer service has declined a lot while some other airlines have been reasonable and have far more flight times for us.

My son and his wife were able just recently to use my travel bank credit for tickets for each of them. Like other post said it’s just a credit held in an account. If perhaps yours are vouchers that might be a different thing.
