Booking two studios question

Looking to book two studios at Polynesian for my family next year (family of 4 adults and 5 kids total). There is availability and its our home resort. This will be our first trip as DVC members and curious how to book. Do i book one, and then the other? Should I call member services ( really don't want to due to long wait times right now, and dont want to bog down the system if i can do it online). Im sure this is a question that gets asked a lot....... Also last names would be different for each studio. How does that work? so many questions i know.

Yes, book one, then the other. Your enter the name(s) before the reservation is confirmed. Be sure the lead name is different on each reservation. You only need to enter one name, then you can go back in and add the rest of the names, address, phone numbers, etc.

so would my family in the other studio with different last names be able to add their reservation into MDE? or do i have to do all the planning in my MDE hahahahah

Yes.

Yes, they will make their own park day reservations, and everything else on their own MDE account. If FP+ comes back before your trip, you can make those for them, or they can make their own.

You give them the reservation number and they can go from there
