:grouphug: Hi

anyone booked a transfer from terminal 3 CDG airport to Disneyland hotel.
we fly in 3 weeks today:banana:
5 adults 2 children & all with suit cases. is the best way to book a taxi now or take the train? just wondering how easy the train is?

if we book the taxi now do we just email them with our flight details & they will do a return trip? is it quicker & easier to do the taxi?

sorry too many questions

For a larger group it may be more cost effective to get a private shuttle. The company we use is www.bstransports.com. We found them quick an efficient. The driver was waiting for us at arrivals and had us on the road in 10 minutes direct to your hotel

If you check out the useful info thread at the top of the page there is some other websites for different shuttles companies.

Hope this helps

jackie

thanks for that.
did you email them? did they pick you up to return to the airport? which hotel did you stay at?

questions sorry

You go to their website and fill in a booking form. My DH dealt with it but they kept us well informed and we arranged to be picked up from our hotel at a given time. The driver arrived in the foyer
bang on time - We stayed at the Explorers.

If you use the VEA it drops off at every hotel so the journey can be a bit longer. Any other questions just ask :thumbsup2

;) Hi Twinton;)

I am travelling on the 2nd March to the Explorers Hotel and I am going to be booking with BS Transports. I have tried other firms that people have kindly given me but unfortunately they are not emailing me back. I will let you know how I get on. I am travelling two adults and 3 children but I just think it saves hassle of getting on and off the train and plus we are going to be arriving at 10 pm so I think it will be safer. I will let you know how I get on.

would it not be just as easy to use the train or is there a big walk from terminal 3 to train station.

I'm worried the taxi won't be big enough for all 7 of us.

also does anyone know if they would have car seats for my two 3year olds?

Don't even consider the train!! You would first walk several hundred yards down to the airport shuttle buses to get a bus from T3 to the station, which would take about 15 minutes to get there - you could be half way to DLP by then!! Down several levels to the platform where you wait for your train, which hopefully the timing of conincided reasonably well with your arrival - then again, maybe not!!! Next the journey itself, then out of the station at DLP on to another shuttle to your hotel.

Taxi = door to door service :thumbsup2 Can you tell I'm not a big fan of the train - last choice of transport as far as I'm concerned.

Even if BS Transport don't have vehicles that carry 7, there will certainly be one company in the list near the bottom of this thread that will :) We also got car seats provided for our 6 and 3 years olds :thumbsup2

Hi thanks both i have just emailed bstransport so now just waiting for an email back.

thanks for the advice about the train.

Just to let you know we have had an email already to say we are all booked 190 euros returned trip not bad. Thanks so much for your advice.

When we went in November there was 7 of us - 5 adults and 2 kids and we were supplied with a people carrier. My DS who was 4 at the time was given a booster seat to sit on. As Becky said you can,t beat door to door service. It takes the hassle out of the arrival

:cool1:

I have just received email confirmation and also a telephone call to confirm my booking with BS Transports. On the telephone call the person stated all my details and said he looks forward to seeing us on the 2nd March. The total for all five of us is 160 euros return trip. We pay 85 euros on one way and 75 euros on the return trip back to the airport.

I am really happy with that and Twinton as soon as I return I shall post a thread to let you know what they were like. :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2
