Booking Through Virgin

Hi guys;

My family & I booked our holiday through Virgin with the free dining promotion for next May. This is the first year we're really doing the dining experience within Disney & as such is the first year we're interacting with the ADR system. We did some last year; but only a couple so I am familiar with how the system works.

I know from reading that they open up 180 days out; but staying on Disney property you get a further 10 days on top, so we can book 190 days in advance? I've heard you need a Disney reservation number to book at 190 days. Booking through Virgin how do you get this, can you get this?

It's 180 days + 10.....so 180 days before you will be able to book for your first 10 days.

we always book with Virgin and email disney to get our 10 digit reference number, we've never had a problem

So for clarity instead of being able to book 190 days out, you can book from 180 days from your check in date for the first 10 days? Can the remaining 4 nights be booked 4 days later; or do I have to wait 180 days before each date for those? Never done it before.

What information will Disney want? Just the booking reference from Virgin?

The day after you do the 10 days you then do the next one(179 days out), the day after the next......
