Booking Through RedWeek?

I have been a redweek.com member for a couple of years, but I always end up purchasing a week on skyauction for about 1/2 the cost (or less) of renting through redweek. We are planning a trip for Dec, and I have found an excellent price for our week at Bonnet Creek. Although it is significantly more than we usually spend, I have been wanting to stay at Bonnet Creek so I am thinking about just biting the bullet and booking it now.

Does anyone have experience booking with redweek owners? Anything I should know, or be on the lookout for?
