booking through allseastravel

we have booked our cruise w/allseastravel. should i receive a confirmation letter? it has been almost 2 weeks since booking and we have not received anything. our CC has been charged however. thanks

We booked with All Seasons Travel over 6 months ago (still another 6 months till we cruise) and we did receive written confirmation in the mail a few weeks after booking. Every month we make a payment towards the cruise and within a week or so we receive new paperwork, showing every payment we've made up to that point, and the balance remaining.

If you don't get anything in the mail in the next couple of days, you could give them a call. They have an 800# and they can tell you if it's been mailed out yet.

P.S. Have you gotten an email from them? Each month when I make a payment, I get an email showing the payment, PLUS the written statement in the mail.

I booked on Feb 24th and I got my conf paperwork in the mail on Monday. You might want to call.

I also used Allseas and did have to call for my written confirmation. Watch your billing, I have noticed 2 mistakes in mine. They were easily fixed and always polite!! Leave in 30 days!! Still no docs. I wait and wait. Maybe next week?

i received an email confirmation for the couple travelling w/us, but not one for us. hopefully, ours will arrive tomorrow. oh! one thing i noticed. we paid for the insurance, but the confirmation said w/out air and disney insurance. who do they buy the insurance from? any idea? thanks

I received the email confirmation the next day and received the confirmation in the mail just a few days later! It was so fast I didn't even know what it was when I got it in the mail... wasn't expecting it that quick! Since it's been 2wks- wouldn't hurt to give them a call and make sure....

When we received our confirmation papers we also received our insurance papers. I would call them back if you paid for insurance! That doesn't sound right...

I also used All Seas Travel to book my 4nt. Disney Wonder Vacation which my family and I will be taking in July. Booked on a Tuesday, received a confirmation e-mail on Friday and a receipt in the mail on Monday. So I did have all my confirmations and receipts within one week. Everyone was very nice and helpful to me. My travel agent's name is Keith. He is wonderful! Give them a call if you don't receive anything they will be more than willing to help you. Have a great trip.

i called. and glad i did. our reservation was all wrong! the other couple's was correct. but after speaking w/dana, she had the correct info. hopefully, the stateroom we had requested is indeed the one we got. originally, we were told we were in it. little pixie dust please!

Webooked through AllSeasons . We didn't get disney insurance, but got theirs, which was less expensive. It is called Travel Insured's trip cancellation protection. The total for 4 was $209.00 the coverage limit p/p is $1500.00.
