Hi guys

I have that lovely but terrified feeling which comes with the impeding booking of my trip.

Can I ask for some help - I have never stayed onsite before?

1. Should I make requests on booking such as location, etc?

2. I am going for a wedding anniversary / birthday trip - do I specify this on booking?

3. Should I try to get my US reservation number when I book (for booking dining)? Any tips on how to manage this?

4. Any other advice?

Thanks :yay:

Oh and
5. Do you recommend a low or high room - maybe just personal preference?

Best wishes:cheer2:

who are you booking with?

I would mention your requests and special events when you book however would also contact the hotel nearer to the time with the infomation too.

Not sure about the ref number as I booked with Disney US last time.
:)

I am going to book with my travel agent - she has been looking at various operators for me. The best beal I can find is with Disney UK but she thinks she can find a better price. Will fill you in when the deed is done!

we booked with disney uk for the frist time this year and I couldnt beat their price so i'll be very interested if a travel agent could

We called disney uk to get our us res number and disney uk mae a not of our anniversary and i also made notes of this on all my adrs

Hey thanks!

I don't think she will be able to beat it to be honest! It is a bargain!

Did you have any probs getting your us number and have you used it to book dining?

Thanks for you help.

i booked dining online without it and got the email confirmation through, i just cant log in and view them but it doesnt bother me as I have email to say its booked.

Yes we are booking next years with disney uk once we are back from this one as its such a good price, virgin holidays wanted £1800 each for a 2 week trip to SSR yet disney its £1800 for all of us with tickets and free dining

Your travel agent can just email Disney UK and they will give you the US reference number most people seem to get it in a couple of days. Booking online ADRS is much easier as you can move them around etc.

Good luck let us know what deal you got!:goodvibes

If you have any specific room requests you are better off contacting the hotel a week or so before you check in as that is when rooms are allocated.

Hi, we booked through Disney UK (hotels only) and the lady we spoke to asked us if we had anything to celebrate on our trip, and also if there were any first time visitors. When our booking confirmation came through it was printed on the forms too :)
