I loaded directly into laptop and got through

I mean, I'm trying that on laptop, phone, in private browser, and it's dumping me to the same static VQ page no matter what.

My Stakeout app is going crazy with availability alarms, but all the links there get redirected to the VQ page.

It's like a queue but not even moving... and makes me think they're just randomly letting stuff in and keeping the rest of us sitting at a page that refreshes every so often to see if we hit the jackpot.

Yeah, we had 4 people using multiple devices and were trying multiple accounts to see if any way let us in... Nothing. EVERYONE is on the BTM page regardless of when or how or where.
