Booking Split Stays

What is the best way to attempt this? For example, if I want to visit for six nights, and they are available at the same non-home resort and room size but with different views, so four nights with one view and two with another. Will I be able to book all six nights on the first day of the 7 month window? Or would the last two nights have to wait to book until they hit the 7 month window even though they are part of the same visit (but different reservation #)?

They would be separate reservations and have their own booking windows.
