Hi. I will be able to book soon and have a question. I am going to need to use banked points, current points, and borrowed points. Will I be able to finagle this online or will I have to call to use all 3 options?

Yep, that's how it works. The only thing you would ever need to call for is if you need one-time use points. They don't have a way to buy those online, as I found out the hard way a while back.

Thank you. I may need some......we're sharing this trip/villa with our friends and their paying their share in cash. I was maybe going to need the 24 one time as not to deplete my 2015.

Online is 8:00 am EST and MS is 9:00 am. Just go online, book what you can up to what you want to use and then add the last night at 9:00 am with those points.

For when are you trying to book, resort, and room category? If you are doing 11 months out, be aware you will not be able to purchase the 24 one time points as those can only be bought at 7 months out.

Thank you. We'll be booking at 7 months. The GCV 2 bedroom, lock off or standard two bedroom for early December. Needing lots of pixiedust.
