Booking separate dining reservations for my family?

Can you book 2 separate dining reservations online for your family at 2 different restaurants if you are booked under the same reservation and also on the dining plan? For example 10 people in the party; 5 want to go to Be Our Guest at 7pm and the other 5 want to go to Liberty Tree on the same day at the same time?

Unfortunately the system won't allow you to have multiple ADRs at the same time. I have gotten around it by making 2 MDE accounts and making the separate reservations under each.

You can either book one online and call for the second one or book the second reservation with a different DME account.

Ah really? So for example; my father would be the lead traveller for all 10 of us on the trip and we both already have DME accounts each so would it be possible if he's invited me as a friend on the hotel package reservation that he could book 1 of the restaurants on his account and I could book the other 1 on my account? Would it still be linked onto our dining plan etc?

For the dining plan they scan your band at the restaurant so you'll be fine. Booking the reservations should be fine just make sure to read any pop-up messages as @Disney_Alli and I did each manage to cancel one of the other person's reservations while adjusting our own however that was two out of about 20-30 reservations

I would try calling I know they helped me in a similar problem last year
