Does everyone in the entire group have to have the same package or is it just everyone in your room? Could you have three rooms under one ressie with two bring packages and the dining and one being room only?

I am sure you can do that... you would have two of the rooms on one reservation and the third room without the package on another. Just be sure that they are linked so you can get connecting or rooms near each other on your original reservation requests.
