Booking room only through AAA website????

Just booked a room on-line through AAA website and was able to secure a room for one of the moderate resorts. However, there was no where to insert a special request when I was making the reservation. What I did notice once I finalized the request was that there was an area for special requests on the confirmation that I printed out. I am not able to go back and make any requests on-line myself. Do I have to call AAA directly to do this? Will they be able to update the reservation and add non-smoking to it along with a particular room location request? Thanks.
