Booking reservations

I'm new to being able to make reservations early, everytime I've gone to Disney we have stayed with family. This time we are staying on property for a few days. I have a few questions. On the day we check out, I wanted to book a character breakfast, since its the last day we are on property will it still let me book it early? Also, with the early booking, if I needed to add 2 people that weren't staying on property to the reservation would it let me? Thanks all!!

Yes. You can book all day, any time, up until midnight, If your flight is at 9 am for example, it will still let you book a 10:00 if you wanted.

Also, with the early booking, if I needed to add 2 people that weren't staying on property to the reservation would it let me?

Yes, you book however many people you want. You all must be present to be seated though.
