Under the listing of availability it should give you a link to book any segments available and to the right it should give you the option of wait listing the entire stay. That assumes you haven't crossed over the booking window to get to any of the segments. Book one segment then search again and book any additional segments until you have all the days available booked. Then wait list any days you don't have but also keep checking online as you may see days pop up before they go to your (or someone else's) wait list.
YesI am starting at "Plan Vacations" then "Check Resort Availability"...... should I be going to "Book Online" instead?
If I am looking for specific dates at a particular resort, I always go straight to the booking engine and skip the RAT. It's much faster!
I only use the RAT if I am looking at different resorts or have some flexibility with dates. Never use it if I am trying to fill a waitlist.
Thanks for the advise. The problem I ran into is the booking engine is that if the resort has different views and I am looking for a studio, I have to do a search for each view. Is there a better way?

Normally it will show all the views to you at a resort. Well, up to four views. It will work best if you start with the cheapest view as your search. If you've searched that way and you're not seeing all the views pop up then in my experiences that usually it means there isn't any availability in that other view. Sometimes it will still show it though, but not always.

It's been giving me all three views for a studio at the BWV when I search for Boardwalk view. Sometimes I also get BCV and/or SSR. I got SSR every time before some of the nights there became unavailable.
Believe the engine tries to find something for you and gives you options it deems are similar if your choice is not available. (It's not perfect in what it seems "similar, though, LOL). Anyway, for me, it doesn't make much difference because I am trying to avoid a move and everything is booked. (But I have a place to lay my head each night and I will be at Disney, so it's all good).![]()
