Booking Questions - Unborn infant, Castaway club, OBB lost reservation number

Hi, I have some booking questions - thinking I might try to book for alaska tomorrow, but I talked to a travel agent and since I hadn't already transfered my OBB to them, I need to do it myself.

1 - By the time I sail in 2017 I will have two children, but right now I only have one. Shes due in 3 weeks. Do I add her later?

2 - I don't know exactly what my castaway club number is, I managed to log in, but it said "techinical difficulities, call such and such number to get your number"

3 - I made 2 OBB reservations on our last (and only) cruise. One under my name and one under my moms. I have one of the reservations number because they emailed me about it, but apparently they emailed my mom about the other and I think she deleted it since I told her not to worry about it. Of course now, I can't find my physical paperwork. Will they be able to look that up?

I'm kind of guessing I should call tomorrow instead of trying to go through the website? Though I'm assuming lots of wait time... I think we are just doing a regular 7 day alaska, not the new 9 or the one 7 day that seems to go someplace special, so my guess is that those other sailings will not be in quite as high of demand, giving me a little more time before prices jump... but I know that's never certain!

I can help you on the unborn infant question. Add her now with first name "unknown". Once she's born and has a name, call DCL and have it changed. If you wait, you could pay higher prices to add her or be out of luck if the muster station is full.

1-No, add her now. It's possible that, if you try to add an additional person later, the lifeboat for that room will be full and your only option would be to move to a more costly room to accommodate the number of people you will need to. Just do TBD for the name of the baby (to be determined).
2-It's not really necessary, DCL knows what your Castaway Club number is.
3-Yes. Just give them a call.

Since you have a couple of unique issues, I'd suggest a call might work better.

Thanks guys Glad to know those things, especially about baby. I would have hated to have messed that up! Guess I'll be getting up at 5 am to try calling tomorrow....

Do you scrapbook? Do you have one of your previous keycards from a cruise? Your Castaway number is on it.
