booking question

How come when I priced our trip on disneyland.com and then called to book it.. they took out the charater calls? Last year when I booked the same way, I got everything it said..so I am a little confused..also.. would it screw up everything if I call and add one more day to my trip.. or is it best to leave it alone... we are going tue thur sat.. but I think I want to stay till sun being I am paying for a park ticket for sat and will only be able to use it for 1 hour.. Whats your thoughts????
