Booking PS for Restaurants

Does anyone know what time the booking line for Restaurant PS opens? I will be ringing in November to book Mythos for our Xmas trip and would like to ring when the lines open to make sure I get a table.

I rang at 12.53pm our time on Tuesday Mazzy , it was closed.The voicemail said they open at 8am, which is our 1pm at the mo. I rang back ten minutes later and they were open.
So in November that'll be midday our time.............I think
