I am going on a cruise in 90 days with my husband and 17 year old daughter. She will be 18 before the cruise date. It would not let me add her for our Palo brunch reservation when I booked it tonight. Do you think I will I be able able to add her next month when she turns 18 or do so if I call the cruise line?

Call the cruise line. Make sure her birthday is correct and that she is labeled as an adult. When you booked. It's the age at time of cruise. So it should let you. Book for the two and add her later while on board if they say they can't for some unknown reason. Make sure they document it.

She is going to love Palo. We cruised when our kids were tweens in 2002 & 2003, we went on and on about Palo brunch and dinner being so delicious.
They were so excited in 2012 when we went again and they were able to come with us, they love to eat there with their spouses now.

I figured out what is happening. There are no 3 person brunch reservations available, only 2 persons. I cancelled the reservation I had and looked at what was available, I can check my husband and daughter and then not me, so it is a reservation limitation, not her age. I went ahead and booked the 2 person for her and her dad and will call or ask when we get on board if I can be added. On our past cruises we skipped Palo because we did not want to be without her, so we have really been looking forward to the time when we could all 3 together. I read somewhere that getting a 3 person reservation before the cruise is near impossible. Thanks for the feedback!

It sounds like the 4-tops may all be reserved (at least those they release for pre-boarding reserving. I had no problems last year booking a dinner and a brunch for my parents and myself - a party of 3. Since they have no 3-tops, parties of 3 AND 4 would both be put at 4-tops.

Got it, thank you. I will go to reservations when we get on board to try to get it adjusted.
