Ok, so I'm fully paid and today is 90 days from my cruise date.... but the DCL website still says I can't book online yet. What's up with that? I called DCL to make sure they got my payment. She said yes, but you can't book until October 31. I told her I was a CC member so I should be able to book today. She said that I was right and to try back later today as it doesn't automatically update first thing in the morning (this was 9AM EST this morning ... now it is 1:30PM and the website still says I can't book yet.) What's up with that? I thought I read on here that you can make your Palo ressies at 12:01 AM EST on your 90th day??? Has anyone else had this experience?


I wish I had gotten her name. That was top notch customer service.
