Booking Palo on line???

Ok, so I'm fully paid and today is 90 days from my cruise date.... but the DCL website still says I can't book online yet. What's up with that? I called DCL to make sure they got my payment. She said yes, but you can't book until October 31. I told her I was a CC member so I should be able to book today. She said that I was right and to try back later today as it doesn't automatically update first thing in the morning (this was 9AM EST this morning ... now it is 1:30PM and the website still says I can't book yet.) What's up with that? I thought I read on here that you can make your Palo ressies at 12:01 AM EST on your 90th day??? Has anyone else had this experience?

You have to wait until 3:00amEST. I did it last night (this morning). Got everything I wanted. By this morning they were almost sold out.

Make sure you sign on, get everything ready & hit the Palo resv. button right at 3:00 am. It was busy a few minutes later when I tried for our brunch.

No, I'm on the Magic 14th cruise. It still says I can't book yet???? You were able to do it at 3AM, and I can't at 1:30PM???? What gives?

YIKES!! Yes, I did it ast 3:00 am. You may not get much at this point. I know the rest of my group has tried. Did you register your Castaway Club #?
Call them again, explain it to them.

Just finished my Palo ressies. We're on the Jan 14 Western. It's 10:45 AM in California. Got exactly what I wanted! Yeah!

What did they have left to book? We tried to get more for Tuesday at 8:30, because we are a group. We ended up with different times. Does anyone want a 7:00 Tuesday for a 8:30?

I guess I should update this thread in case someone else has this problem. I called back DCL and a very nice CM realized that my reservation did not list me as a return cruiser (no idea why the one I spoke to at 9AM didn't realize this since I specifically asked her - grrr!). Anyway, the very nice CM changed my reservation on the spot and stayed on the line with me while I made my reservations to make sure that everything worked out. I was able to get everything I wanted on the days I wanted with no problems (I booked dinner, brunch and HIgh tea). After I booked my brunch, the very nice CM put a notation on my record to not make my character breakfast that day.

Did I mention how nice this CM was???? I wish I had gotten her name. That was top notch customer service.
