Booking package vacation via Airmiles

does anyone know if they can use 2 different Airmiles accounts for one booking?

We priced a package out and it's a better deal to Disneyland using westjet and laying wit Airmiles then booking travel separate. My mom has now suggested she can come to help with our youngest 2... But she wants to use her Airmiles too.

I will call but thought I'd see if anyone has done this
