Booking over phone?

to anyone who has done this, how does this work exactly?
you give them the details, pay the deposit & then pay the rest a few weeks before you go but do they send you paperwork as a confirmation? we would like to try this but we're not sure this is so secure.

it works exactly the same as booking online - you'll be sent an email confirmation within 48 hours of making your booking by phone. I always book by phone - I haven't booked online with DLP once in all my trips .

They don't send you anything in the post. It's all done by email. We always book by phone so we can just pay deposit. The remaining balance then automatically comes off the card you paid the deposit with when it's due 60days before you go. Or if you wanted you can phone up to make other payments whenever you like or if you want to pay using a different card. Is easy, no worries at all. You get your confirmation email with a PDF of your booking with reference number and all the details within about 24 hours. This is all you need.

one last quick question, Can you still book by phone from anywhere in europe pls?

Yes, just say you want to book under whatever country has the best deal. I did this when the best deal was with France and they just transferred me on the phone.

If you are booking under a different country then contact your bank or credit card company first to say there is going to be a foreign transaction so they don't refuse it

If you are booking a package, I believe that the remaining balance is due (45) days prior to your check in date. If you book a room only I think you pay the balance upon arrival.

Not at Disneyland Paris, its either 60 or 30 days depending on what Country it has been booked through
