In what order do you book your online reservations...? Trying to figure out the best combination of restaurant popularity vs. preferred meal times vs. importance of meal to us.

I'm looking at:
1900 Park Fare (early dinner)
Crystal Palace (pre-open or last seating breakfast)
Akershus (pre-open or last seating breakfast)
Via Napoli (early dinner or last seating lunch)
Tony's (early dinner or last seating lunch)
Chef Mickey's (pre-open breakfast or first seating dinner)
*maybe CRT (pre-open or last seating breakfast)

If you are able to book at 180 days, you shouldn't have a problem. This is my opinion of the order though:
CRT (though honestly I would skip this. Just a little pet peeve of mine as to why anyone would pay the exorbitant prices that Disney charges for this, especially since you're already doing Akershus.)

Thanks @dina7 ...You are right that CRT's prices are ridiculous. We've never been though and, if the princess line ups change at CTR/Akershus (as rumored) then, we *might* do both to dine with more princesses. Just keeping the options open.

You want the prepark opening ADRs to be your first priority so decide which ones you definitely want first. So, based on that:
CRT
CP
(People want a head start to A&E so these are most important)
Akershus
Chef Mickey's
1900PF
Via Napoli
Tony's

Crystal Palace was the only one I had any difficulty with last trip, booking at a full 180+10 I had to settle for an 8:15 (which worked out fine).

I totally agree:
CRT first
then CP

I could only get CP at 8:20am not 8:05 after I made a few other reservations (BOG, etc). The rest you shouldn't have much trouble if you do it at 6am.
