Booking online

Hi - I wonder if anyone can advise me about tickets - basically I booked the whole package, tickets, hotel, h/b vouchers and Eurostar back in June but the only thing i have received so far is a confirmation e-mail - nothing in the post yet, is this usual? Not sure if I should worry

Hi - I have never booked the Eurostar part but with the hotel and tickets etc all you need is the email and you ick everything up at check - in

I am sure someone else can help with the Eurostar part
