1. When Disney puts out a general public room-only discount, can you get that discount booking online through Disney?

2. If you book WITHOUT a discount, then an applicable room-only discount comes out later, can you get your reservation changed to the discount online, or do you have to call?

I did have a situation where a special price promotion came up and I called and they adjusted the pricing for me....
