Booking my first DVC trip - help needed

Apologies if this was asked recently. Thanks to anyone that can help.

We joined In 2019 and will be booking our first DVC trip at the Riviera (home) next week for a trip next August for 11 nights. I just saw that we can only book our initial trip for 7 nights, and then have to add the nights as they become available. I doubt we'll have any issues with the nights we'll want.

Is it easy to add the extra nights? Would you recommend I do the initial 7 and then add each night separately, add them all together at the end, or just wait until the 11 month mark for the last night?

For August, I don't think you'll have any trouble if you wait until you can book all 11 days.

But if you are booking a tower studio, or just nervous, go ahead and book the first seven nights ASAP and then complete the reservation a few days later.

Once you get the 7 booked, then you can modify 4 nights later to get all of them. It’s very easy online to do.
