Booking ME at 2 differnt times.

We have an upcoming reservation in March....my DD comes to me yesterday and wants to bring a friend. I have no issue with it, other than I can't be sure she will get on the same flight.

Question is, if we book ME, can my DD's friend arrive and get on ME at a different time than us?

No problem at all. They just need to be listed on the room reservation in order to set them up for ME.

Yes.

And we just learned after a botched car rental reservation and waiting for an hour at the airport that we did not need a reservation for ME. They were able to take us without a reservation. Our family was not stranded and we were very thankful.

MAKE SURE YOU DO YOUR RESERVATIONS ONLINE!! Last year we had 3 people in our room; one stayed the whole time, one came later, and one left earlier. I had a hard time explaining this all to the CM over the phone (as expected), but when we were finally done he had all the info right. however, once at the hotel, they were missing the flight info for my sister who was coming later, and the night before i left, i never received my ME slip. When I called about it, there was no record of me leaving early.
