When can we begin booking onsite rooms for March 2011? Is my AP rate applied at the time of reservation or can I book a room though anywhere and have the AP rate applied at check in? THX

They have not yet opened up bookings yet for 2011. If the AP rate is not yet available when you book go ahead and book and then keep checking for the AP rate. Don't wait for checkin if you wait you risk the chance of all the AP rates being sold out or having to pay a higher AP rate, usually they have 2 levels of AP discounts.

Looks like there are severl people waiting for 2011 to open up, I am one of them. We are going to go back in February.

I might be wrong, but you cannot apply AP rate at Checkin or another rate, you will be charged the price you have the reservation at.
Like pp said once rooms become available to book, book it under the AP rate, but you will need to keep checking for changes in AP rates, and change the rate when or if it brings out a cheaper rate, definetly do not wait till checkin.

Ok thanks for the info. Any speculation when these rooms will open up for bookings in 2011?
