The online form is sent to a MS CM who inputs your request manually. Right now everyone at MS is working the phones due to the seasonal bookings so anything other than booking a DVC room reservation currently isn't a priority. You should receive a email confirmation when your DME reservation is actually input into the DME system.

I did one yesterday for one of my guests and I got the standard response email that my information had been received. As of today, still nothing regarding the actual DME reservation. I don't remember it taking more than a day before but they must be very busy right now.
I did mine last week but got the standard email that my info received. I've received no confirmation email, but never done it before so thought this was normal.
