Booking houses together

hi all, not sure if ppl can help but I'd appreciate it if so!

We are looking at taking a trip this spring with some friends. Originally it was 2 families of 4 and we planned spending 1/2 the time on Disney and renting a house for the rest. Another family of four is now joining us, and although we could rent a house to accommodate al of us I feel 12 ppl in a house, esp 12 young children might be too much. Plus I can't imagine fitting food for 12 in one fridge. Lol.

So I'm now considering getting 3 smaller houses, close together. Ideally side by side. Does anyone know how to go about that? I've used vrbo before and other similar sites, but I can't find an option to look for multiple houses.

Has anyone ever done that? Suggestions? Advice?

We've stayed in Emerald Island before and perfect for large groups or villas next to each other. You are best to try and send multi property enquiries and speak to various owners to identify properties near or beside each other. Other option is to try and go through a management company who will arrange for you but will cost a lot more.
