Booking Hotel with no Tickets ?

Hello Everyone

Planning on visiting WDW next year during the week leading up to Thanksgiving.

My question is at follows:

Is the MVMCP offered before Thanksgiving?

Will the holiday shows be offered?

The castle be decorated for Christmas?

One more thing.....I plan on staying on property. I would like to purchase the dining plan but no tickets. I am trying to do the booking online but won't let me add the dining without tickets. Is this possible?

You need to call to do room + dining or go through a travel agent.

I believe there will be a MVMCP on the Friday before Thanksgiving.

Decorations will be up.

I may be flying in on Friday night. So we will probably miss the parade. Hoping to miss some of the crowds by leaving the Friday before. Thank you for your reply. I am guessing the Candlelight Procession will not be available that weekend either.

If you are returning home the Friday before Thanksgiving, MVMCP will be running during the week you are at WDW.

1. Yes. Usually there is a party on the Friday before Thanksgiving, but none during Thanksgiving week.

2. Yes. The large Christmas tree in Town Square might not be up, but other than that the MK will be fully decorated.

3. You will have to call to book a ticketless package with a paid dining plan. You cannot book it online.

4. Candlelight Processional and all the Epcot holiday activities, such as Storytellers and the holiday finale to IllumiNations) do not start until the day after Thanksgiving.
