Booking Ground Transfers On-Board

Hi all. Just wondering, can you book ground transfers from Port Canaveral to MCO when you’re on board the ship? Or do they need to be added before you sail?

We have a car service booked to get to Port Canaveral before the cruise, but we are interested in getting the transfers back to MCO. And the phone lines for DCL are a 3+ hour wait. I don’t want to be on hold for that long if I can just book them on board.

In the past (pre-COVID) you could add the while onboard, but you needed to do it prior to the last full day of the cruise, so they know how many people were going to be using it in time to schedule the right amount of buses.

You could also try to add them using the chat feature on the website. I have had good luck getting through on that when the phone lines are backed up.
