Booking Free Dining Thursday Online?

Will Free Dining be up online on Thursday morning? And if so, will it be up earlier than calling first thing in the morning? I ask because I will get home from work at midnight on Wednesday. Does anyone know if the system will show it online at the wee hours of the morning? Anyone know the history of this? I know I booked it online last year, but it was further into the promotion.
