How would you do this. Someone said to use the internet to book it. I guess it will show up in the regular booking site in the wee hours of April 10th. I am normally awake at 3 or 4am, so I could get on and try it then. Does anyone know? Has anyone ever booked free dining online before?

You can book it on the internet when it becomes available to the general public. It will be listed under special offers on the site and you would need to click on that link to go through the booking process.

So you think it will be available online at the same time as it becomes available to the general public? how about visa holders?

Visa holders will have to call. It will not be available online until the General PUblic is allowed to book. So there will be 3 days of phone calls to book, then once it's officially announced to the world, then you can call or book online. Keep in mind that the online part seldom works very well the first day if it works at all. You're best bet is to call.

Good evening fellow discount seekers,
Remember, that to use the visa code, you must put the deposit down on a disney visa. If you have any more questions, please feel free to e-mail me.

If anyone has questions about how the promotions work it is best to post the questions here so others can learn also.

OK, so we already have an exisiting reservation, with a deposit already paid, not on the Disney VIsa. We do have a Disney VIsa though, and would like to take advantage of the Visa free dining promotion. We are booked through AAA. We will still be able to use the Visa promotion? Will we have to make a new reservation? And what about the money already paid for the depositon the exisiting reservation? Thanks!!

Will they have to cancel out on existing reservation if $200 deposit was not on Disney Reward Visa? Do have Disney Reward Visa now....Will they have to make a new reservation?

Thnx.

THe answer to your question is Yes. You have to put the deposit on your Disney Visa. That's the only way to get the early Visa Holders discount...........if there is a promotion.

In the past they will not apply the code unless your deposit is with a Disney Visa. Not sure if they will make you cancel and rebook, I guess it all depends on availability.

So, at this point what are our options? Is there anything we can do now, such as changing the way our deposit has been paid? Is that even possible?

Last year, I know of several people who had made a deposit with a different credit card. When the free dining came out for Disney Visa holders, they called and were able to get the free dining added on by adding an additional $200 deposit to their booking, using their Disney Visa.
