Booking FPs for Trip with Adult Kids

We will be going to WDW for Thanksgiving this year. I have a while before I book FPs, but my ADR booking date is coming up. I will be trying for a few hard-to-get ADRs, and someone on the Disney Dining Reservation forum suggested making two different MDE accounts and having two people try for the ADRs and then link them. This has made me start thinking about how we will do FPs. My party consists of DH and me, our DS23, his DGF22, our DS21, and his DGF21. There are some FPs that the adult kids will want that DH and I will not and vice versa. Plus they may stay longer in the parks and want to try for more FPs while we go back to the resort for an afternoon break. Would it be wise to make three separate accounts for each group, have everyone make different ADRs (for a party of 6), and then make separate FPs? Or is it better to have one MDE account and give everyone the password?

We were 6 when we went in Jan.
No one else has account.
We just sat down one afternoon and got everyone's priority and I booked them what they wanted....doing the harder to get ones first.
They were all over the place, but it worked fine and we got everything everyone wanted. It just took some time and patience .

So did you book additional FPs throughout the day? If so, did you stay together as a group or did you give them the password so they could make their own?

You don’t need separate MDX accounts. Everyone can use the one login ID.

Ok thanks! I felt like that would be simpler, but I didn't know if there was an advantage having three when trying to get hard-to-get ADRs and FPs.
Anyone can book ADRs without needing an MDX account. Just use the dining website and book for the correct number of guests. Names aren’t even needed for the accompanying guests.

True, but without having a resort reservation linked, you don't get the 180+10 advantage, which you will need to book a hard-to-get ADR. It does seem simpler having just one account. I may play around with being logged in to the account on two different computers and booking different ADRs and FPs to see if that will work.

One more question--
Can I share my plans with my Family and Friends and they create their own account but still be able to see our plans and make additional FPs?

Bumping. I need an answer soon since I'm getting ready to make ADRs. And then I assume it will work the same for FPs. Will this work--
I make ADRs and FPs with my MDE account. (Everyone's ticket and our hotel reservations are already linked in my account.) I share our plans with my Family and Friends. They will receive an email to accept the invitation, and then they create their own MDE account. When they enter their account, they can see all of our plans and then will be able to schedule more FPs once we use the three in each park.
Is this correct?
