Booking FP with annual pass and Military salute

Our trip is March 13-18. I have an activated annual pass and DH has the 2020 Military Salute voucher that has yet to be activated. I’ve already booked our FP for March 13 based on our arrival time at BCV.
I just got Jet Blue notification that the arrival time will now be later. We still might be able to get to HS to use the evening FP. But what happens if we can’t make them? Since DH pass hasn’t been officially activated but is linked to MDE, will he be charged the day for the FP? Advice is appreciated!

No, you'll be fine. It doesn't "charge" you for a day until you walk through the turnstiles.
