Our 60 day window opens Tuesday and we're traveling with our family of 6, plus my sil's family of 5, mil, fil, and another sil. So 14 total (13 ticketed). When I make my fp+ times, do I select all of us (assuming we all want to ride), or 1 and then it automatically copies to everyone? Also, with that large a number prevent us from getting everyone in at the same time? Meaning, would I be better off doing my family alone, then sil's?

I was able to book 8 FP+s at once with no problem, after the 60 day window but before they allowed the 30 day off/site. Granted, I wasn't going for many of the "bigger" rides, like the mountains because the 2 kids in our group are too small, and my family wanted to make sure that I picked rides we could all do together as a group. The only one we'll have to split or get the rider swap for is Soarin'.

It may depend on what you are trying to book and when you are trying to book it for.

For instance, when I was trying to book A&E, it showed NO availability when I tried to book for our party of 8. When I split us into two groups of four, there was availability and I was able to get times (although slightly different) for all of us. Therefore, it may be better to book one and then copy. Beware if you do this that the times may be different, like my copied A&E are 5 minutes different. This could give you a problem if the system isn't able to find a space that is close enough to your other FP+ to copy....I wouldn't think it would be a big problem for most of the rides, but make sure you know the times that MDE gave you for the first FP before you try to copy so that you can compare to make sure they are the same or close enough to work for your group.

Very good to know, thank you! We are doing, we hope, Anna and Elsa, so I'd much rather have groups of 4, or whatever, go in at once than not get in at all.

But for most rides it doesn't matter?

I think it doesn't matter for any ride, except A&E. It will not copy to everyone automatically though. You'd have to select everyone at once, or select one person at least from the other party, and then they would have to copy it to their 5. But if you have everyone listed in your MDE, then I would just do it all at once.

Yes, everyone is listed in mine, they don't have a clue what they are doing! Ideally I'd rather just do some stuff as our family, but it guess that is why we have a day on either end for ourselves.
