Booking for a group

My extended family will be traveling to Disney World in January 2019 and will be booking 4 rooms at All Star Movies. What's the best way to book for a group? Everyone can just book separately but is there a spot to note who we're traveling with when we make the reservations or do you do that when you do the online check-in? Thanks!

You can do a number of things. Everyone could book separately and then give one person all of the reservation numbers. That person can then call and have all the reservations linked as "travel with" and you can make any requests (like "connecting room" if you'd like it) when you call. Or, you could give one person all of the guest names and payment info for each room and one person can call and make all the reservations. Make sure you are all, then, linked in My Disney Experience so you can plan and book FP+ together.
