Can you book the Fantasmic package 180 days out like the other ADRs if you are resort guest?

I just tried via phone, not able due to system problem but made just a dinner resv. The CM told me fantasmic dinner package at Mama Melrose was two table service meals? I thought it was one. I think I better call back another day.
