Booking excursions

What is the procedure now for booking the Disney excursions ahead of time. The last two times we sailed, you still had to fill out the on board forms and leave them at the excursion desk.

I believe you can now call ahead, 60 to 7 days ahead of your cruise time. I am not sure of the number, but I am sure it is on the website. I am planning on calling since last time I couldn't take the excursion that I wanted because it was full....
