Booking excursions whilst at Aulani

We are visiting Aulani mid April and have just been checking out the various excursion options via the link on the Aulani website

There are a couple of trips that I like the sound of but I don't really want to commit to them before I get to the resort, just in case the decision is made just to laze around by the pool every day instead

My question is, would it be possible to book an excursions at the last minute whilst in the resort?

For example if we wanted to do the Pearl Harbor excursion or Island Tour, could you book the day prior or does everything book up months in advance?

I know it's impossible to predict for sure but what's the general opinion?

Pearl Harbor should be booked in advance. It was completely full when we did it during our last trip.
Not sure how popular the island trip is. You may want to contact their HoloHolo Tours desk. They should be able to give you a decent idea how popular the tours are at that time.
Even if you do book through them, you can cancel within 48 hours to get a full refund.
