booking Disney Cruise with points

Does anyone know who has booked a cruise with points, is the transportation to and from the airport included or must this be payed separately?

The port transfers are paid for separately, as is the insurance.

We paid &* dollars each i think for disney busline to and from resort. When there were more than just my wife and me we rented a car for 1 day and dropped it off at the rental companies place in coco beach and they dropped us off at ship. Then we rented a car to go back for one day and dropped it off either at the airport if we were headed home or back to disney if we were going back there. Maybe someone else knows of other forms of transportation
