Booking dining experiences

I've been trying to book some dining experiences (Fantasmic, World of Color, etc) for August, since the 60 day mark and I've been seeing nothing.
Are they that hard to book or are they not being held this summer?

Fantasmic is not running until at least Labor Day because of a fire earlier this year.

WOC dining is not a separate reservation—you make a regular reservation, then tell the server you want the WOC package.

Fantasmic is closed at least through Labor Day. See the orange print under the photo on the Disneyland website.
