Booking DCL transfer last minute ?

How close to sail date can one book DCL transfer? We sail in under 2 weeks. Everything is organized or a closed topic except one thing. What to do with our luggage. We have 3 large suitcases, 2 smaller and carry-ons. We can get one small and a carryon in the larges

Plan is to have our last WDW resort ( BC) hold/ and or transfer the large ones to ASMu until we return from our 4 night Dream sailing. We have a midsize SUV where we can squeeze all luggage in if need be. Coming back I just realized we have only midsize. Plus simply do not want to take all with.

Plan B is IF resorts won’t hold luggage I book DCL for one or two for only the return and I drive rental. This way some luggage goes on the bus.

How close to sail date can we book DCL transfer. ??I won’t know the situation until 3 days before when we checked in to BC.

Also any updated feedback on resort luggage hold/ transfer while cruising??

It's up to the resort if they can/will honor a request to hold your luggage. Unfortunately, you won't know for sure until you are there.

DCL Transfers post-cruise can be booked onboard if needed, it will be charged to your onboard account and a sticker placed on your KTTW card.
