I was wondering about how far out you can book cruises?

DW and DD and I are planning on cruising in June of '06 and we are already starting to make all of our plans.

My other question is that we want to do a 4 day cruise and then we plan to use our DVC Points for a 3 or 4 night stay at DisneyWorld. Can the DVC Member Services people do all of this for us?

Any guidance here would be appreciated.

Thanks:D

I don't know anything about DVC, but you can definitely book a cruise right now for 2006. :)

The cruise dates for all of 2006 became available in September of this year so it seems to be an 18 month to 2 year windo on that.

I would think a quick call to DVC member services would answer your question about what they will do, but my guess is that if you are paying for the cruise with cash (not points) that they would not act as travel agent on your behalf.

Also, the earlier you book a Disney cruise, the better your rates will be. So my advice would be to pick the dates you want and book your cruise now. You can use the board sponser Dreams Unlimited to get a no obligation quote. Then you will be required to put down a $250 deposit per person but it is fully refundable up until 90 days prior to your date, which would give you plenty of time to sort out with DVC when you want to stay.
