Booking BRP online

Am I able to book my BRP room online, or just over the phone if I need to make a special request? One of the members of my traveling party just had knee surgery and we are staying at Pop and so I wanted to request a room close to the busses on the first floor. I think there are elevators, but I just think having a first floor room would make things easier. The room doesn't need to be handicapped accessable, just ideally on the first floor. If I book online is there somwhere I can note this request?

Yes, there is a spot to write in requests, but it is limited to 29 characters. You could always call to have them add it after you make your reservation, but their computers may also be limited to 29 characters. I'm sure you can make your request in 29 characters though. Maybe something like "First floor medical necessity" I think that is 29 exactly, counting spaces, lol.
