Booking BBB from Uk

Sorry, I know this gets asked a lot but I am very easily confused!

We are at WDW in October and want to book BBB for my daughters birthday on 26th October. We are staying onsite but only have the Virgin booking reference. Can we book 180 days before the 26th October, or is it 180 days before the start of our holiday? and does the +10 days work for BBB too, if so what exactly does 180+10 mean lol

Also, what is the number to call from the UK? I've heard of a freephone number for ADRs but can't find it anywhere (I might have dreamt it?!) but I don't know if I can book BBB on that number anyway! And I keep seeing to call wdw-style or something but I don't know what numbers I need to dial before that to get a US number! I know I'm very easily confused! Thanks in advance.

180 days before your check in date

the +10 means that 180 days before your check in date, you can make ADRs for the first 10 days of your stay. so at the 180 days mark you can make reservations for days ranging from 180 to 189 days out (10 first days of stay)

you will need your resort confirmation number to use the 180+10 days perk

I just booked this on Sunday for our October trip!
The 180 day mark is counted from your date of arrival. The 180 plus 10 means that when you are 180 days out from your date of arrival you can book 10 days of reservations. If you are offsite you would have to phone/go online each day to book the next days reservation if that makes sense. This applies to the BBB. For example my 180 days mark was Sunday past. I made 10 days worth of reservations that day including the BBB for the 4th day of my trip. The number you phone is 001 (USA international dialing code) followed by (407) 939-7895. The phone bookings open at 12pm the day of your 180 mark. You cannot book BB on line you must phone. I am a first timer and had no problems booking what we wanted. Thankyou, just booked it at our 180 day point and got the date and time we wanted, very happy. We didn't know our Disney reference but she was able to find our booking from the details I gave and she also gave us our 12 digit number for future reference which is a big help too!
