Booking appearing on MDE

How long does it take your booking to show up on MDE? Its been a couple of days and it still keep saying it can't find anything for us?

I recently cancelled an existing room only reservation after getting a better deal. By the time I logged back into MDE, the new one was there and then the old one gone, again within minutes of cancelling. Did you book directly through Disney or are you trying to link a resort confirmation number? Is it resort, dining or something else?
